He contributes to coaching programmes within Local Education; has developed team development programmes for businesses and entrepreneurs and has worked with international companies on aspects of team building, leadership, sales and presentation skills.

About Alan
I am an independent consultant who has been fortunate to be able to work in a variety of settings for a wide range of clients. My approach is a direct result of a twenty-five year career in education and training; development and research work on brain-based learning, thinking skills, NLP, behavioural psychology, counselling, coaching, mentoring and performing arts.
My business colleagues have often referred to my range of skills and interests as being an 'eclectic mix' disciplines which ranges from Education to Entertainment.
I am NLP Trainer (Member of Institute NLP); Business Coach (Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management); De Bono Accredited Thinking Skills Coach, Magician & Mentalist (Member of the Magic Circle ).
Winner of two innovation awards for Education, creative awards for Magic and numerous on going projects related to business coaching, learning, communicating and thinking.
As fan of social media, technology and the need to use both creatively and responsibly.
I have several blogs on a range of topics from scepticism to mysticism, sales to seo, marketing to magic.
I have television, theatre and radio credits and currently have my own radio show on a local community radio station.
